The rotor dynamic balance debugging technology is the common test technology of turbine generators in the factory,and also the main test technology to solve the problem of excessive vibration during the operation of the generator.This paper in-troduces the principle,process,and common methods of dynamic balancing of turbo-generator rotors.In view of the dynamic bal-ancing characteristics of the small-capacity turbo-generator set,taking the overrepair of the 9 MW waste heat generator set of CR Cement Line 6 as an example,the method of group weighting and matching influence coefficient is used to carry out on-site com-missioning,which successfully reduces the vibration value of the unit and achieves the effect of long-term stable operation.This method is proved to be practical for the dynamic balance debugging of the same type of units and provides a reference for the dy-namic balance debugging of small capacity turbogenerator units.
