Aiming at refractory cancer pain,clinical pharmacists participated in the pain assessment,drug restructuring,formulation of personalized pain relief plans,perioperative medication monitoring,adverse reaction monitoring and medication education for patients and their families.They summarized the key points,constructed a pharmaceutical care service model and provided personalized pharmaceutical services for patients with refractory cancer pain,which can effectively improve treatment effectiveness,reflect the value of clinical pharmacists and has operability in clinical practice.
