The experimental process of pyrogen test was sorted out according to the 1142 pyrogen test method of the fourth part of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 edition).Com-bined with practical experience,a management system was developed,which took the pyrogen test process as the main line and the rabbit state as the auxiliary line.The established computer management system realized the whole life cycle management of rabbits,the traceability of the whole process and results,and the visualization of rabbit state management in pyrogen tests.
