Objective:To construct a prescription review rule base for patients with renal insufficiency in our hospital,improve the applicability of prescription review system,and ensure rational drug use for patients.Methods:Through the introduction of quantitative evaluation indicators,the evaluation process of patient renal function was optimized,and the prescription review rules were refined from two aspects:dose adjustment and drug selection.The suitability and clinical acceptance of the system rules before and after optimization were compared.Results:After optimization,both the false positive rate and false negative rate of the system rules decreased(P<0.05),and the doctor's revision rate increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The refining construction of the prescription review rule base can effectively improve the clinical compati-bility of the prescription review system,which is conducive to the sustainable development of prescription review while ensuring the rational drug use of patients.
