Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent,control and even eliminate infectious diseases.In recent years,with the development of DNA recombinant technology,the research of new vaccines such as recombinant subunit vaccine has made rapid progress.Subunit vaccine is prepared from immune active fragments of pathogens,which has the advantages of simple preparation,high safety and so on,and has become a hot spot in the research and development of new vaccines.However,the immunogenicity of subunit vaccine antigen is weak,and it is often necessary to add adjuvant system to enhance its immune effect.Therefore,this paper reviews and analyzes the research progress of traditional adjuvants and new adjuvants in subunit vaccines,in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of subunit vaccines.
