Dosing Strategy Analysis of a Case of Pan-resistant Klebsiella Pneumoniae Urinogenic Sepsis with Thrombocytopenia
Clinical pharmacists performed medication intervention in a patient with pan-resistant Kleb-siella pneumoniae urinogenic sepsis with thrombocytopenia, analyzed the poor treatment effects of tigecycline combined with colistin and the causes of thrombocytopenia and recommended ceftazidime/avibactam for se-vere infections by KPC enzymes producing carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumonia(CRKP).Based on the site of infection type of pathogen enzyme, clinical pharmacists developed an anti-infection treatment plan, the infection index and platelets gradually recovered to normal ranges.By working with the clinical treatment team, the infection symptoms were controlled with conditions improved.
