Objective:To analyze the utilization of nutritional drugs in Nanjing,to provide reference for the rational use of drugs in clinics and for the production of drugs by enterprises.Methods:Procurement data of enteral and parenteral nutritional drugs were extracted from 35 sample hospitals in Nanjing from 2017 to 2021,to analyze the procurement amount of nutritional drugs,the percentage of total calorie growth,the average annual growth rate,the percentage share and the ranking.Results:The average annual growth rates of the procurement amount and the total calories of enteral nutritional drugs were higher than those of parenteral nutritional drugs.The proportion of total procurement amount of enteral and parenteral nutrition drugs was relatively stable,with enteral nutrition drugs accounting for about 30％and parenteral nutrition drugs accounting for about 70％.Enteral nutrition drugs were mainly integrative proteins and par-enteral nutrition drugs were mainly amino acids.Conclusion:Nutritional drug purchase amount and total drug calories in Nanjing from 2017 to 2021 are generally on the rise,and those for enteral nutrition drugs are growing even faster.At present,clinical nutritional drug treatment in Nanjing is still dominated by par-enteral nutrition drugs.
