十滴水中小茴香GC鉴别方法的建立

目的:建立鉴别十滴水中小茴香的方法.方法:通过对十滴水现行标准中小茴香、肉桂的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法开展系统性研究,建立气相色谱(GC)定性鉴别十滴水中小茴香的方法,同时借助气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)确定该鉴别对照物质茴香醛、桂皮醛的反应产物,考察方法的准确性与合理性.结果及结论:十滴水现行标准中小茴香、肉桂的TLC鉴别对小茴香的专属性差;其对照物质茴香醛稳定性较差,易发生反应生成较为稳定的茴香醛二甲基缩醛.新建的GC法以小茴香的特征性成分反式茴香脑与茴香醛共同作为对照成分,准确性高、专属性好且灵敏度高.
Establishment of Gas Chromatography Method for Identification of Fennel in Shidishui
Objective:To establish an identification method of fennel in Shidishui.Methods:A system-atic study was carried out on the thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification method of fennel and cin-namon in the current standard of Shidishui.A gas chromatography(GC)method was established for qualita-tive identification of fennel in Shidishui,and the degradation products of anisaldehyde and cinnamic alde-hyde were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to investigate the accuracy and rationality of the method.Results & Conclusion:The current TLC identification standard for fennel and cinnamon in Shidishui has poor specificity.The control substance anisaldehyde has poor stability and is prone to react to generate relatively stable anisaldehyde dimethyl acetal.The newly established GC method for qualitative identification of fennel in Shidishui,using trans-anethole and anisaldehyde as the character-istic control components,has the advantages of good specificity,high accuracy and suitable sensitivity.
