摘要
发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)是以发热、血小板减少和白细胞减少为主要特征的一种新发传染病,常合并多种并发症,甚至继发细胞因子风暴,导致病情进展.糖皮质激素在降低细胞因子风暴中扮演重要作用;然而,糖皮质激素的免疫抑制作用有增加感染的风险.目前,糖皮质激素对SFTS的治疗效果及其与真菌感染的关系尚不明确.本文对近年来糖皮质激素治疗SFTS的相关研究进行综述.
Abstract
Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)is a newly emerging infectious disease characterized by fever,thrombocytopenia and leukopenia.It often involves various complications and may even progress to cytokine storms,leading to worsening conditions.Glucocorticoids play a crucial role in reducing cytokine storms;however,their immunosuppressive effects increase the risk of infection.Currently,the therapeutic efficacy of glucocorticoids in treating SFTS and their relationship with fungal infections remain unclear.This review summarizes recent research on the use of glucocorticoids in the treatment of SFTS.
