Analysis of Anti-infection Regimens on Q Fever Bloodstream Infection with Perirenal Abscess after Renal Transplantation:A Case Report
A case of Q fever bloodstream infection with perirenal abscess after renal transplantation was reported.Based on the characteristics of the patient's medical history,clinical pharmacists recommended doxycycline combined with imipenem cilastatin for anti-infective therapy.During the treatment process,the clinical pharmacists strengthened the pharmaceutical monitoring of antimicrobial drug-related adverse reactions,drug-drug interactions and the patient's own renal insufficiency,at the end,the patient's body temperature and inflammatory indicators improved,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.
