For a patient infected with Enterobacter cloacae and Ochrobactrum anthropi after orthopedic surgery,clinical pharmacists recommended levofloxacin intravenous infusions.When the patient's wound was better and osteomyelitis was not excluded,levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules were suggested.After treat-ment,the patient's wound healed.
