基于甘青宁多家医疗机构PIVAS运行现状分析与研究

摘要
通过发放电子调查问卷的形式,向甘肃省、青海省及宁夏回族自治区多家医疗机构静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)负责人进行咨询,对其运行、成本和收费情况进行横断面研究,结果显示甘青宁地区PIVAS运行情况较为一般,这与PIVAS缺乏收费标准及PIVAS的建设因医院而异有关,因此,需要制定PIVAS建设和收费标准,为甘青宁PIVAS的建设和发展提供参考.
Abstract
By distributing electronic survey questionnaires,we consulted with the heads of intravenous drug dispensing centers in multiple medical institutions in Gansu Province,Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to study the operation,cost and charging situations of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).The results showed that the PIVAS operations in Gansu,Qinghai,and Ningxia were relative-ly at average levels,which was related to the lack of charging standards for PIVAS and the differences in PI-VAS construction among hospitals.Therefore,it is necessary to develop PIVAS construction and charging standards to provide reference for the construction and development of PIVAS in Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia.
