多孔微球在药物递送中的研究进展

多孔微球作为一种新型给药系统,在药物递送领域被广泛研究.采用膜乳化法、超临界流体技术等新兴技术制备微球可改善粒径均一性,克服溶剂残留等问题.此外,多孔微球通过物理或化学作用力吸附包载药物,并能在吸附后利用升温、红外辐射以及溶剂诱导闭孔以提高包封率和改善药物突释.本文总结了各多孔微球制备方法的机理与特点、吸附载药方式以及其在药物递送中的应用进展.
Research Progress of Porous Microspheres in Drug Delivery
Porous microspheres,as a novel drug delivery system,have been extensively studied in the field of drug delivery.The application of emerging techniques such as membrane emulsification and super-critical fluid technology not only improves the uniformity of particle size but also overcomes the potential problems such as solvent residue existing in traditional preparation methods.In addition,porous micro-spheres adsorb and encapsulate drugs by physical or chemical forces,and post-adsorption techniques such as heating,infrared radiation,and temperature rise,infrared radiation,and solvent induction can be em-ployed to close the pores after adsorption to improve the encapsulation efficiency of drugs and overcome the drug burst release.In this paper,we summarize the mechanisms and characteristics of various prepara-tion methods and the drug adsorption methods of porous microspheres,and its application progress in drug delivery.
