A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical records of patients who received o-madacycline tosylate for injection from June 2022 to May 2024 to collect and calculate information includ-ing general data,etiological examination,clinical response rate,adverse reactions and rational rate of drug use,etc.A total of 45 cases were included,the average age was(71.67±21.23),the microbial examination rate was 91.11％,the clinical effective rate was 53.33％,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67％,and the rational rate of drug use was 71.11％.The use of omadacycline in our hospital was generally rea-sonable,but problems still appeared in usage,dosage and empirical or off-label use of this drug.Monitor-ing should be strengthened to avoid drug abuse and improve clinical rational drug use level.
