摘要
为促进医疗机构制剂研发与管理效能的提升,本研究收集无锡市13家医疗机构制剂信息并有针对性地开展走访座谈.无锡市现有制剂277个(化学药制剂18 5个、中药制剂9 2个),当前,全市已有199个医疗机构制剂品种纳入《江苏省基本医疗保险医疗机构制剂目录》.与南京、苏州等市相比,制剂数量尤其是中药制剂品种存在差距,且存在市场需求调整、医保支付压力、研发掣肘等问题.建议明确制剂定位优化市场格局、加强多方联动推动新药转化、变革制剂标准理念强化监管实效,以促进其健康发展.
Abstract
In order to promote the research and development and improve the management efficiency of medical institution preparations,this study collected the information of preparations in 13 medical institu-tions in Wuxi and carried out targeted visits and discussions.There are currently 277 preparations in Wuxi(185 chemical preparations and 92 traditional Chinese medicine preparations).At present,199 medical in-stitutions in Wuxi have been included in the medical insurance..Compared with cities such as Nanjing and Suzhou,there are gaps in the number of preparations,especially the varieties of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and there are problems such as policy and market demand adjustments,medical in-surance payment pressure,and research and development constraints.It is recommended to clarify the posi-tioning of these preparations,optimize the market structure,strengthen multi-party cooperation to promote new drug conversion,and change the concept of preparation standards to strengthen the effectiveness of su-pervision,so as to promote the healthy development of medical institution preparations in Wuxi.
