我院冠心病患者合理用药信息化数据库的建立与探讨

借助我院医疗及智能决策支持系统(以下简称MINDs系统)数据库基本架构,从患者基本信息判定规则、药品基础信息规则、特定性规则、处方适宜性审核规则等方面设计,构建一套包含105个冠心病常用药品、3949条冠心病患者合理用药规则的数据库。优化后(2023年1-6月),门急诊处方点评不合理率由优化前(2021年1-6月)的8。55%降至1。60%(P<0。05),不合理处方拦截平均值由0。52%上升至1。07%(P<0。05)。该系统在提升患者用药安全和有效控制处方均次药费、减少医疗资源浪费方面具有积极作用,为保证冠心病患者用药安全提供参考。
Establishment and Discussion of Information Database of Rational Drug Use in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Our Hospital
With the basic database architecture of our hospital's medical and intelligent decision sup-port system,a database containing 105 commonly used drugs and 3949 rational drug use rules for coronary heart disease patients was designed covering the aspects of patient basic information judgment rules,drug basic information rules,specificity rules,prescription suitability review rules,etc.After optimization(January to June,2023),the unreasonable rate of outpatient prescription reviews decreased from 8.55%before opti-mization(January to June,2021)to 1.60%(P<0.05),and the average interception rate of unreasonable prescriptions increased from 0.52%to 1.07%(P<0.05).This system played a positive role in improving patient medication safety,effectively controlled average prescription drug costs,and reduced waste of medi-cal resources,which provides a reference for ensuring medication safety for patients with coronary heart disease.
