摘要
目的 探讨宫颈癌患者CD83和CD68的表达及其临床意义.方法 用流式细胞术检测宫颈癌患者40例(A组)及宫颈良性病变患者30例(B组)的宫颈组织及外周血CD83和CD68的表达.结果 A组宫颈组织中CD83和CD68的表达分别为1.64±1.58和7.47±0.85,均明显低于B组的6.89±1.76和16.68±2.65(P＜0.05);A组外周血中CD83和CD68的表达分别为1.36±1.24和6.68±1.35,均明显低于B组的5.74±1.39和15.46±2.14(P＜0.05).宫颈癌患者血中和宫颈组织中CD83和CD68的表达均无统计学差异,但均与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关.结论 宫颈癌患者宫颈组织及外周血中CD83和CD68的表达水平与肿瘤临床分期及预后密切相关;外周血CD83和CD68的表达水平可作为评估宫颈癌患者预后的检测指标.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of CD83 and CD68 in patients with cervical cancer. Methods With flow cytometry method, the expressions of CD83 and CD68 in cervical tissues and peripheral blood were detected in the patients with cervical cancer(group A,40 cases) and those with cervical benign lesions(group B,30 cases). Results The expressions of CD83 and CD68 in cervical cancer tissues of group A were 1. 64 + 1. 58 and 7. 47+0. 85,respectively, which were significantly lower than 6. 89 + 1. 76 and 16. 68 + 2. 65 in cervical tissues of group B (P<0. 05). So did the expressions of CD83 and CD68 in peripheral blood(1. 36 + 1. 24 and 6. 68 + 1. 35 in group A vs. 5. 74 + 1. 39 and 15. 46 + 2. 14 in group B)(P<0. 05). The expressions of CD83 and CD68 between cervical cancer tissues and peripheral blood in group A were not significantly different, but which were all closely related with tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression levels of CD83 and CD68 in peripheral blood is closely related with tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, which may be taken as the indicators for predicting the prognosis of the patients with cervical cancer.
