摘要
目的 观察壳聚糖抗菌喷剂治疗烧伤残余创面的疗效.方法 84例烧伤后期残余创面的患者随机均分为试验组和对照组.试验组创面用生理盐水清洗后将壳聚糖抗菌喷剂直接喷涂创面,每天2次；对照组创面消毒后仅单层碘伏纱布覆盖行半暴露疗法.10 d为1个疗程.比较两组的疗效及细菌学情况,并采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者创面总体疼痛感觉进行评价.结果 试验组创面治愈率、总有效率和细菌清除率分别为66.7％、88.1％和89.5％,均高于对照组的40.5％、64.3％和70.3％ (P＜0.01).试验组创面换药30例患者感轻微疼痛,VAS评分为≤3分；对照组27例创面换药时感到明显疼痛,VAS评分为3-6分(P＜0.01).结论 壳聚糖抗菌喷剂可以显著促进烧伤残余创面愈合,明显减轻患者的疼痛.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chitosan antibacterial spray (CAS) in residual bum wound healing.Methods Eighty-four patients with residual bum wounds were equally randomized into two groups of A(treating wounds with CAS twice a day) and B(treating wounds with a dressing of monolayer gauze wetted with povidone iodine).The clinical results and the bacteriological state findings were evaluated 10 days after treatment.The VAS pain scores during dressing change were evaluated.Results The wound healing rate,efficacy and the bacterial clearance rate in the experimental group were 66.7％,88.1％ and 89.5％,respectively,which were higher than 40.5％,64.3％ and 70.3％ in group B(P＜0.01).The VAS pain scores during dressing change were lower in group A than those in group B(P＜0.01).Conclusion The CAS can effectively accelerate the healing of residual burn wounds and relieve pain sensation during dressing change.
