摘要
目的 观察依巴斯汀与复方甘草酸苷片口服联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效.方法 斑秃患者85例随机分为两组:治疗组43例,口服依巴斯汀和复方甘草酸苷片联合外用米诺地尔酊综合治疗;对照组42例,口服复方甘草酸苷片联合外用米诺地尔酊.两组均治疗8周,治疗结束后4周判断疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为93.0％(40/43),高于对照组的81.0％(34/42)(P＜0.05).结论 依巴斯汀与复方甘草酸苷片口服联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃疗效确切,不良反应小.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin combined with minoxidil in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods Eighty-five patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(43 cases) was treated with oral ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin combined with external use of minoxidil.Group B(42 cases) was treated with oral ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy was evaluated four weeks after the end of treatment.Results The effectiveness rate in group A was 93.0％ (40/43),which was significantly higher than 81.0％ (34/42) in group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment with oral ebastine and compound glycyrrhizin combined with external use of minoxidil is definitely effective with less adverse effects in the patients with alopecia areata.
