Anesthetic efficacy of ciprofol combined with alfentanil and remazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in hysteroscopy
Objective To compare the anesthetic efficacy of ciprofol combined with alfentanil and remazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in hysteroscopy. Methods Sixty-four patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were randomized into two groups with 32 cases each.Anesthesia induction was performed by slowly intravenous injection of ciprofol 0.4 mg/kg plus alfentanil 10 μg/kg in group A or remazolam besylate 0.2 mg/kg plus alfentanil 10 μg/kg in group B.The HR,SBP,DBP and SpO2 were recorded before anesthesia induction(T1),at the lowest SBP after anesthesia induction(T2)and after anesthesia recovery(T3).The anesthesia-related indicators were compared between the two groups. The postoperative cognitive function and VAS pain score were evaluated. The occurrence of adverse reaction was recorded. Results The anesthesia induction time and recovery time of group A were significantly shorter than those of group B(P<0.05).The operation times of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in HR,BP,SpO2 at T1 to T3 between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of injection pain in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mini-mental state examination score and VAS pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both anesthesia induction with ciprofol combined with alfentanil and remazolam besylate combined with alfentanil for hysteroscopic surgery are effective and safe.Anesthesia induction with ciprofol combined with alfentanil has relatively shorter anesthesia induction time and recovery time, and lower incidence of injection pain.
