Objective To analyze the influencing factors for the prognosis of the patients with acute ischemic stroke after intravascular therapy. Methods A total of 205 patients with acute ischemic stroke underwent intravascular therapy were divided into two groups of A[modified Rankin scale(mRS)score<2 points,57 cases]and B(mRS score≥3 points,148 cases). The clinical data of the two groups were compared. The risk factors for the prognosis of the patients with acute ischemic stroke underwent intravascular therapy were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression, and the predictive value of clinical indicators was analyzed by ROC curve. Results Compared to group A,the age was older, the Glasgow Coma Scale score(GCS score),Hb before surgery and triglyceride after surgery were lower, and the proportions of women and the patients with atrial fibrillation, preoperative National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, preoperative thrombolytic proportion, preoperative white blood cell count, preoperative neutrophil percentage, postoperative white blood cell count, postoperative neutrophil percentage, postoperative procalcitonin, postoperative CRP,proportion of postoperative gastric intubation, and acute ischemic stroke-associated pneumonia score were higher ingroup B(P<0.05).Higher preoperative NIHSS score, preoperative neutrophil percentage and postoperative CRP were the independent risk factors for poor prognosis of the patients with acute ischemic stroke underwent intravascular therapy, while male and higher preoperative Hb were the protective factors(P<0.05).The AUC values of preoperative NIHSS score, preoperative neutrophil percentage, preoperative Hb and postoperative CRP for predicting poor prognosis of the patients with acute ischemic stroke underwent intravascular therapy were 0.833,0.735,0.690 and 0.714,respectively,the sensitivity was 89.5%,59.6%,77.2%and 89.5%,respectively,and the specificity was 62.2%,81.8%,54.1%and 51.4%,respectively.Conclusion Gender, preoperative NIHSS score, preoperative neutrophil percentage, preoperative Hb and postoperative CRP are the prognostic factors for the patients with acute ischemic stroke underwent intravascular therapy.
