Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters combined with carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods A total of 66 patients with SPN underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT were divided into two groups of A(benign lesions,16 cases)and B(malignant lesions,50 cases). The clinical data and metabolic parameters of 18F-FDG PET/CT were compared between the two groups.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters and CEA in malignant SPN.Results The CEA,maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax),mean standardized uptake value(SUVmean),peak uptake value of lean body weight(SUL peak),total lesion glycolysis(TLG),tumor-mediastinal blood pool maximum standard uptake ratio(TMR)and tumor normal liver maximum standard intake ratio(TLR)were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The AUC of SUVmax+SUVmean+SULpeak+TLG+TLR+TMR+CEA in the diagnosis of malignant SPN was 0.890,and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 82.0%and 87.5%,respectively.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters combined with CEA have better diagnostic efficiency for benign and malignant SPN.
