Objective To observe the application efficiency of subanesthetic dose of esketamine in pregnant women with scar uterus undergoing second Cesarean section. Methods A total of 160 pregnant women with scar uterus were divided into groups of E and C with 80 cases each. The patients in two groups were delivered by Cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. After fetus delivered and the umbilical cord was ligated, group E was given subanesthetic dose of esketamine 0.3 mg/kg intravenously, and group C was given equal volume of normal saline. The occurrences of traction reaction and postoperative adverse reaction were recorded.Ramsay sedation score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and maternal satisfaction score were evaluated. Results Compared with group C,the incidence of traction reaction grade 0 was higher, the incidences of grade 1 and grade 2 were lower,Ramsay sedation scores at 30 minutes and one hour after administration were higher, the incidences of chill, nausea and vomiting were lower, and maternal satisfaction score was increased in group E(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of subanesthetic dose of esketamine in pregnant women with scar uterus undergoing second Cesarean section can effectively reduce traction reaction and has better sedation effect, less postoperative adverse reaction and better maternal satisfaction.
