Objective T0 analyze the risk factors for coronary heart disease(CHD)diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG).Methods CAG was performed in 488 patients suspected to be CHD,of whom 404 cases were diagnosed as CHD(group A)and 84 cases were not diagnosed as CHD(group B).General data, blood indicators and cardiac color ultrasound indicators were compared between the two groups. The risk factors for CHD diagnosed by CAG were analyzed. Results Compared with group B,older age, higher proportions with smoking history, type 2 diabetes mellitus and heart failure, lower proportion with carotid atherosclerosis, lower left ventricular ejection fraction, higher levels of TC,TG,and higher monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(MHR)were in group A(P<0.05).Older age, smoking history, type 2 diabetes mellitus, higher TG and MHR were the risk factors for the diagnosis of CHD by CAG(P<0.05).Conclusion Older age, smoking history, type 2 diabetes mellitus, higher TG and MHR are the risk factors for the diagnosis of CHD by CAG.
