Objective To analyze the influencing factors for cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression and establish a risk prediction model of cognitive dysfunction. Methods According to the score of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),120 patients with depression were divided into group A(47 cases with cognitive dysfunction,MoCA score<26 points)and group B(73 cases without cognitive dysfunction,MoCA score ≥26 points). The factors influencing cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression were analyzed, and the risk prediction model of cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression was established. Results Compared with group B,the years of education were less and serum level of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)was lower, while the serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy),cortisol(Cor)and IL-18 were higher in group A(P<0.05).The higher serum levels of Hcy,Cor and IL-18 were the independent risk factors for the cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression(P<0.05),while the more years of education and higher serum level of DHEA were the independent protective factors(P<0.05).The nomogram model for predicting cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression showed that the C-index was 0.902[95%CI(0.845-0.947)],the AUC was 0.923 and the sensitivity and specificity were 90.14%and 82.13%,respectively.Conclusion The less years of education, lower serum level of DHEA and higher serum levels of Hcy,Cor and IL-18 are the independent risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression. The established risk prediction model based on the independent risk factors has good predictive efficiency for the cognitive dysfunction in the patients with depression.
