Application of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection and DNA ploidy quantitative analysis in different cervical histopathological lesions
Objective To investigate the application of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection and DNA ploidy quantitative analysis in different cervical histopathological lesions. Methods The cervical biopsy was performed in 500 patients with positive HPV E6E7 mRNA detection or positive DNA ploidy quantitative analysis.Taking pathology as the gold standard, the results of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection and DNA ploidy quantitative analysis in cervicitis, cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL),cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(HSIL)and cervical cancer were compared. The diagnostic efficiency of HSIL and cervical cancer by single or combined detection was analyzed. Results The positive rate of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection was higher in cervical LSIL than that in cervicitis, which was higher in cervical HSIL and cervical cancer than that in cervical LSIL(P<0.05).The positive rate of DNA ploidy quantitative analysis in cervical LSIL,cervical HSIL and cervical cancer was higher than that in cervicitis, which was higher in cervical HSIL and cervical cancer than that in cervical LSIL(P<0.05).The sensitivity of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection,DNA ploidy quantitative analysis and combined use of the two detections for HSIL and cervical cancer was 93.18%,70.45%and 95.45%,the specificity was 13.60%,92.32%and 12.94%,and the accuracy was 20.60%,90.40%and 20.20%,respectively.Conclusion The positive rate of HPV E6E7 mRNA detection and DNA ploidy quantitative analysis in different cervical histopathological lesions is various.HPV E6E7 mRNA detection,DNA ploidy quantitative analysis and combined use of the two detections have certain diagnostic efficacy for cervical HSIL and cervical cancer.
