Influencing factors for the occurrence of acute pancreatitis during late trimester of pregnancy
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of acute pancreatitis during late trimester of pregnancy. Methods A total of 314 pregnant women with 28-30 weeks of pregnancy were divided into two groups of A(complicated with acute pancreatitis,51 cases)and C(without acute pancreatitis,263 cases). The clinical data were analyzed in the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of acute pancreatitis during late trimester of pregnancy. Results The proportions of hyperlipidemia and biliary system disease and levels of TG and ALT in group A were higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that having hyperlipidemia or biliary system disease, higher level of TG or ALT were the independent risk factors for the occurrence of acute pancreatitis during late trimester of pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperlipidemia, biliary system disease,TG,and ALT are the influencing factors for the occurrence of acute pancreatitis during late trimester of pregnancy, and targeted measures can be taken in clinical practice to address these influencing factors.
