Analysis of body composition and relevant blood indicators in patients with menstrual disorders in different ages of child-bearing periods
Objective To analyze the body composition and relevant blood indicators in the patients with menstrual disorders in different ages of child-bearing periods.Methods A total of 157 patients with menstrual disorders were divided into three groups of A(18≤age<25 years old,55 cases),B(25≤age<31 years old,77 cases)and C(31-35 years old,25 cases).The components and relevant blood indicators of the three groups were analyzed.Results Total body water,intracellular water,extracellular water,protein,skeletal muscle,basal metabolic capacity,waist-hip ratio and body cell volume in group C were higher than those in groups of A and B(P<0.05).The percentages of fat free mass in right lower limb and left lower limb in group C were higher than those in group B,while the other muscle components-related indicators were higher than those in groups of A and B(P<0.05).The visceral fat area of group C was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in relevant blood indicators among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with menstrual disorders of child-bearing age under 30 should strengthen physical exercise while eating a balanced diet,and the patients with menstrual disorders in different ages of child-bearing periods should be given targeted intervention guidance.
