Clinical efficacy of two operation methods in the treatment of endogenous Caesarean scar pregnancy in early pregnancy
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of two operation methods in the treatment of endogenous Caesarean section pregnancy(CSP)in early pregnancy. Methods A total of 140 patients with endogenous CSP in early pregnancy were divided into group A(hysteroscopic removal of uterine scar pregnancy was performed,73 cases)and group B(B-ultrasound-guided removal of uterine scar pregnancy was performed,67 cases).Perioperative indicators including operation time, hospital stay, levels of blood human chorionic gonadin β(β-HCG)and Hb one day before and one day after surgery, postoperative recovery indicators including blood β-HCG negative transition time and menstrual rehydration time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation was successful in both groups.Compared with group B,operation time was longer, but hospital stay, blood β-HCG negative conversion time and menstrual rehydration time were shorter in group A(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with preoperation, the levels of β-HCG and Hb in both groups were decreased after operation(P<0.05),Hb of which was decreased less in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B(2.74%vs.14.93%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic removal of uterine scar pregnancy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of endogenous CSP in early pregnancy, which can shorten hospital stay and menstrual rehydration time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications.
