Effect of alfentanil combined with remimazolam on postoperative recovery quality in patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy
Objective To observe the effect of alfentanil combined with remimazolam on the postoperative recovery quality in the patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases each. Both groups were intravenously injected with alfentanil 6 μg/kg,after which group R was intravenously injected with remimazolam 0.2 mg/kg and group P was intravenously injected with propofol 2 mg/kg.The painless gastrointestinal endoscopy-related indicators,15-item quality of recovery rating scale(QoR-15)score before and one day after surgery were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results There were no significant differences in the effective rate of sedation, examination time, anesthesia time, times of lost consciousness and awakening, additional drug use and total consumption of afentanil between the two groups(P>0.05).The QoR-15 score was higher one day after operation than that before operation in group R[145.00(142.00,149.75)points vs.138.00(133.00,142.75)points](P<0.05).The QoR-15 score was higher one day after operation than that before operation in group P[145.00(142.00,149.75)points vs.140.00(136.25,143.00)points](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in QoR-15 score between the two groups before and one day after operation(P>0.05).Compared with group P,the incidences of hypotension, hyoxemia, respiratory depression and injection pain were decreased in group R(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of alfentanil combined with remimazolam on the postoperative recovery quality of the patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy is similar to that of alfentanil combined with propofol, but the former has lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
