复方鱼腥草合剂治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎风热犯肺证的疗效

摘要
目的 观察复方鱼腥草合剂治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎风热犯肺证的疗效.方法 将60例急性扁桃体炎风热犯肺证患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组患儿口服复方鱼腥草合剂;对照组口服安慰剂(含1/20复方鱼腥草合剂),每次20 mL,每日3次,治疗3～7 d.观察扁桃体充血红肿体征消失率、Wong-Baker面部疼痛量表(WBS)评分和中医证候积分,评估治疗效果.结果 治疗7 d,观察组扁桃体充血红肿体征消失率高于对照组[46.67％(14/30)vs.20.00％(6/30)](P＜0.05).治疗5、7 d,两组WBS评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗3、5、7 d,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗5、7d,观察组愈显率优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用复方鱼腥草合剂治疗急性扁桃体炎风热犯肺证患儿,能有效改善扁桃体充血红肿和咽痛程度.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Houttuynia mixture in the children with acute tonsillitis.Methods Sixty children with acute tonsillitis and syndrome of wind-heat invading lung were divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Group A was treated with compound Houttuynia mixture 20 mL,and group B was treated with placebo containing 1/20 compound Houttuynia mixture 20 mL,3 times a day for 3 to 7 days.The disappearance rate of tonsil congestion and swelling,Wong-Baker facial pain scale(WBS)score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed.The efficacy was evaluated after 7 days of treatment.Results After 7 days of treatment,the disappearance rate of tonsil congestion and swelling was higher in group A than that in group B(46.67％vs.20.00％)(P＜0.05).The WBS scores of the two groups were lower after 5 and 7 days of treatment than those before treatment,which were lower in group A than those in group B(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower after 3,5 and 7 days of treatment than those before treatment,which were lower in group A than those in group B(P＜0.05).After 5 and 7 days of treatment,the rate of recovery and excellent in group A was better than that in group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Houttuynia mixture in the treatment of the children with acute tonsillitis and syndrome of wind-heat invading lung can effectively improve the tonsil congestion and swelling and throat pain.
