摘要
以教练机操纵钢索为研究对象,采用目视、低倍检验和微观手段,分析钢索过度磨损的原因.根据磨损处的宏观形貌分为“鸟笼”形式、V形磨损面和平磨损面3类.“鸟笼”形式是由于钢索生产过程中的捻制缺陷造成的,“鸟笼”形式和V形磨损面的磨损痕迹以垂直钢索轴向为主,平磨损面的磨损痕迹存在多个方向.钢索磨损处的微观分析和试验结果表明,钢索的多轴高频振动引起的微动磨损是钢索过早失效的主要原因.
Abstract
To take trainer aircraft control cable as research object,the reason of steel cable excessive wear was analyzed by taking visual inspection,macroscopic and microscopic analysis method.According to morphology of wear surface,failure cables were divided into three categories:bird-cage,V-type abrasion and flat abrasion.The failure of bird-cage cable was due to twisting defects during manufacturing process.The wear trace of bird-cage and V-type abrasion were almost vertical to cable axial direction,however wear trace of flat abrasion had multiple directions.Microscopic analysis and experiments of abrasion surface showed that main reason of cable abnormal wear failure were fretting wear caused by multi-axis high frequency vibration.
