Influencing factors analysis on flux cored welding wire filling stability
Taking JL-YJQ5011 flux cored welding wire as an example, influencing factors on flux cored welding wire filling stability was analyzed. Results show that powder filling stability is best when pass rate of rutile 60 mesh is 100%,200 mesh pass rate is not more than 15%,pass rate of manganese silicon alloy 60 mesh is 100%,200 mesh pass rate is not more than 40%,pass rate of reduced titanium iron 60 mesh is 100%,200 mesh pass rate is not more than 20%,and pass rate of zircon sand 80 mesh is 100%.Powder flowability is the best when rutile is dried to 900℃,reduced titanium iron is dried to 300 ℃,manganese silicon alloy is dried to 400℃,and zircon sand is dried 800℃.Using four linked roller dies for drawing, arranged in 90° cross pattern, with 4 pass powder loading direction at 90° and bidirectional deformation, can improve powder flowability and solve the problem of powder filling stability
