镀锌钢丝拉拔出成品模单丝温度影响因素分析

钢丝绳生产过程中常出现因捻制断丝导致产品合格率下降,生产效率降低.分析了镀锌钢丝拉拔过程中影响出成品模单丝温度的主要因素.结果表明:出成品模单丝温度最主要的影响因素是最后1道次的压缩率,最后道次的压缩率较大,出成品模单丝的温度越高;最后道次压缩率较小,出成品模单丝的温度越低.生产过程中的拉拔速度、镀锌钢丝的抗拉强度对出成品模单丝温度无明显影响.
Analysis on influence factors of monofilament temperature at outlet during galvanized steel wire drawing
In process of wire rope production,qualified rate and production efficiency of product often reduced due to lay broken wire.Main factors affecting temperature of finished die monofilament in drawing process of galvanized steel wire are analyzed.Results show that the most important factor affecting temperature of die monofilament is compression ratio of the last pass.The higher compression ratio of the last pass is,the higher temperature of die monofilament is.The smaller com-pression ratio of the last pass,the lower temperature of finished die monofilament.The drawing speed and tensile strength of galvanized steel wire in production process have no obvious influence on temperature of finished die monofilament.
