精准调节拉丝机排线换向控制技术

传统拉丝机是通过接近开关感应控制方式,实现排线左/右换向,存在稳定性较低问题.采用编码器计数的控制技术,通过西门子200 Smart PLC高速计数端口采集编码器脉冲信号,以通讯的方式传输到主站西门子S7-1500PLC,经内部逻辑控制及编程处理后,不仅能很好地控制排线左/右换向,且排线均匀平整,提高了系统的整体稳定性.
Precise adjustment of wire drawing machine reversing control technology
Traditional wire drawing machine realizes left and right commutation of wire through control mode of proximity switch induction,which has problem of low stability.Encoder counting control technology is adopted,encoder pulse signal is collected through Siemens 200 Smart PLC high-speed counting port,and transmitted to main station Siemens S7-1500PLC by communication.After internal logic control and programming processing,it can control left and right direction of line well,line is uniform and smooth,and overall stability of system is improved.
