Sealed wire rope has high breaking force,good elastic modulus,corrosion resistance and anti-rotation perform-ance.To meet customer needs,researched and developed ZZZZ+WSC-133.0 mm high strength sealed wire ropes,Struc-ture adopts four layer fully sealed design,fully considering matching of adjacent layers lay angles of steel wires and reasona-ble gap between same layer.Adjacent layers lay angle of steel wire is 16.5°～18.5°,and gap between same layer of steel wire is 0.1～0.3 mm.Steel wire is made of hot-dip galvanized aluminum alloy production process,nominal tensile strength grade of inner rope round steel wire is 1 960 MPa,and nominal strength grade of Z-type steel wire is 1 770 MPa.Devel-opment results indicate that rope making steel wire meets relevant standard requirements.Measured diameter of wire rope is 135.7～136.0 mm,deviation is 2.0％～2.3％,and measured breaking force of whole rope is 20 709 kN.138 kN higher than the minimum breaking force of 20 571 kN required by customers.
