To introduce new process for drawing wire rods using borax and stable brightener coating without acid pickling and phosphating.Using direct drive drawing machine to complete wire rods drawing without acid pickling and phosphating.Non phosphating coating on steel wire surface eliminates traditional three alkalis degreasing process and uses ultrasonic waves for water cleaning and ultrasonic rust removal of boronized coating.New auxiliary plating solvent formula and parame-ters are combined with comprehensive process to remove iron ions,which meets requirements of cleanliness and environ-mental protection.High carbon steel wire has uniform galvanized layer and better adhesion than ordinary hot-dip galvanizing steel wire.
