提高体外索的抗腐蚀性能是提高体外预应力体系寿命的最重要技术之一.给出体外索用钢绞线研制目标.论述了通过采用HDPE紧裹低润滑脂含量的光面钢绞线研发过程,研制的体外索用钢绞线护套厚度均值达到1.86 mm,润滑脂含量均值达到32.3 g/m,钢绞线的外观及各项性能指标均达到《风电体外索用钢绞线技术条件》要求.
Development of 1×7-15.2 mm steel strand for wind power external cables
Improving corrosion resistance of external prestressing cable is one of the most important techniques to improve life of external prestressing system.Development objective of steel strand for external cable is given.Product development process of HDPE tightly wrapped smooth steel strand with low grease content is discussed.Average thickness of sheath of developed steel strand for external cable reaches 1.86 mm and average grease content reaches 32.3 g/m.The appearance and properties indexes of steel strand meet requirements of Technical Conditions of Steel Strand for External Cable for Wind Power.
