利用STC炉对45钢直径34 mm钢丝退火处理时出现局部增碳,造成后续冷镦开裂.通过对工艺、设备、原料进行分析,确定了增碳的原因:工艺第6段630 ℃升温至预热段670 ℃时,过程因子PF值未达到预设值,使得实际执行时间比预设时间长;原料经抛丸后粗拉进入STC炉,因抛丸后的材料表面未吹扫干净,存在黑粉,黑粉与炉气中的CO发生反应,造成分析仪检测到CO2含量高,CO含量低,PF值降低,导致气体发生器持续向炉内通入天然气裂解气.由于入气口在炉顶,因此炉内靠近上方的材料局部气氛碳势过高,造成增碳.对增碳的物料进行纠正,对后续生产过程制定预防措施,保证产品质量.
Analysis and treatment methods of carbon enhancement mechanism in carbon potential protection atmosphere annealing
Local carbonization occurred during annealing treatment of diameter 34 mm 45 steel wire using STC furnace,re-sulting in subsequent cold heading cracking.By analyzing process,equipment,and raw materials,the reasons for carbon increase have been determined.When heating up from 630 ℃ in sixth stage of process to 670 ℃ in preheating stage,the process factor PF value did not reach preset value,resulting in a longer actual execution time than preset time.After shot blasting,raw materials are roughly pulled into STC furnace.Due to incomplete blowing of material surface after shot blas-ting,there is black powder.The black powder reacts with CO in furnace gas,causing analyzer to detect high CO2 content and low CO content,resulting in decrease in PF value.This causes gas generator to continuously introduce natural gas cracking gas into furnace.Due to air inlet being located on the top of furnace,materials near the top of furnace have a high carbon potential in local atmosphere,resulting in carbon increase.Corrections have been made to materials used for carbon enhancement,and preventive measures have been developed for subsequent production processes to ensure product quality.
