钢水进LF炉精炼处理,可有效脱硫及精确控制成分,但精炼过程增硅导致钢水硅质量分数超过标准要求.通过严格控制转炉出钢挡渣,不加含硅合金、脱氧剂,LF炉精炼周期控制在32 min以内,精炼黄白渣(FeO)+(MnO)质量分数0.75%~1.5%,精炼过程钢水增硅不大于0.008%,盘条硅质量分数符合内控要求.高线吐丝温度930~950 ℃、辊道速度不大于0.3 m/s,并加盖保温罩保温缓冷,开发生产的H08E盘条化学成分、力学性能稳定.
Process development of H08E wire rod for welding
Molten steel is refined in LF furnace,which can effectively desulfurize and accurately control composition,but-molten steel silicon mass fraction due to silicon addition in refining process exceeds standard requirements.By strictly con-trolling tapping slag of converter,without silicon containing alloy and deoxidizer,refining cycle of LF furnace is controlled within 32 min,mass fraction of refined yellow white slag(FeO)+(MnO)is 0.75%~1.5%,silicon increase in molten steel during refining is not more than 0.008%,and silicon mass fraction of wire rod meets internal control requirements.High-speed wire rod rolling mill spinning temperature is 930~950℃,roller speed is not greater than 0.3 m/s,and it is covered with an insulation cover for insulation and slow cooling.Chemical composition and mechanical properties of H08E wire rod developed and produced are stable.
