Detection and control of tension of steel wire during heat treatment
Importance of precise tension for steel wires during heat treatment is briefly described,control system wad de-signed such as PLC,man-machine interface,stepper motor controller as control center,pressure sensor,speed encoder as detection element,stepper motor as actuator.Electrical control principle and control process are explained,tension detec-tion principle and tension calculation basis of system are detailed,and system block diagram and control flow chart are giv-en.It is proved that system can achieve consistency of tension detection under different conditions and meet requirements of process control.
