三塔自锚式悬索桥缆索系统安装关键技术

阐述三塔自锚式悬索桥缆索系统施工中的关键技术,包括猫道设计、PPWS主缆索股牵引架设调整、体系转换、吊索张拉和主索鞍顶推.设计"四跨连续"结构猫道,承重索按悬链线线形进行强度校核;主缆索股架设过程中按基准索股标记法架设的主缆线形满足要求,提高了索股线形调整效率;对体系转换吊索张拉工装及索鞍顶推架进行设计,进行厂内试制试验,现场成功应用,解决了吊索张拉空间角度大、吨位大、行程大的难题,实桥测得索鞍顶推摩擦因数0.047,验证了顶推架设计摩擦因数的合理性.
Key technologies for cable system installation of three-tower self-anchored suspension bridge
key technologies in construction of cable system of three-tower self-anchored suspension bridge are described,in-cluding catwalk design,PPWS main cable strand traction erection adjustment,system transformation,suspension cable ten-sion and main cable saddle jacking.Four-span continuous catwalk was designed,strength of load-bearing cable is checked according to catenary line shape.During erection of main cable strand,main cable shape set up according to standard cable strand marking method meets requirements and improves adjustment efficiency of cable strand line shape.Tension equip-ment of system transfer sling and top push frame of sling were designed,factory trial production test was carried out,field application was successful,which solved problems of large tension space angle,large tonnage and large travel of sling.fric-tion coefficient of top push of sling saddle was 0.047 measured in bridge,which verified rationality of top push frame design friction coefficient.
