高精度异型不锈钢钢丝研制

采用轧制法+模拉法组合异型钢丝成型方法,经过3道连续圆形拉拔加2道轧制及1道异型模拉拔,研制了1.3 mm ×0.6 mm 316Ti不锈钢椭圆钢丝.采用金相显微镜与二次元影像测量仪对椭圆钢丝形状及尺寸进行测量,通过相关力学性能检测设备对其拉伸性能、扭转性能、缠绕及弯曲性能进行检测.结果表明:研制的椭圆钢丝长短轴公差均在±0.005 mm范围内,力学性能均满足技术条件要求.
Development of high precision special shaped stainless steel wire
After 3 passes continuous round drawing,2 passes rolling and 1 pass drawing with special shaped die,1.3 mm × 0.6 mm 316Ti stainless elliptical steel wire was developed by using combined forming method of rolling and die drawing.The shape and size of elliptical steel wire were measured by metallographic microscope and two dimensional image measur-ing instrument,and its tensile properties,torsional properties,winding and bending properties were detected by relevant mechanical property testing equipment.Results show that long and short axis tolerances of developed elliptical steel wire are in the range±0.005 mm,mechanical properties meet requirements of technical conditions.
