冷喷涂TC4颗粒不同情况下变形行为仿真分析

利用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,通过模拟TC4颗粒与TC4基体、Ti基体的碰撞过程,分析不同基体材料对碰撞过程的影响;通过改变粒子碰撞角度,分析颗粒与基体非垂直碰撞过程,研究该过程中颗粒与基体的变形及塑性应变.研究表明:TC4颗粒高速撞击TC4基体与Ti基体会产生明显的射流状金属溅射,随着撞击时间的推移,TC4颗粒的扁平率不断增加,凹坑的深宽比略有增大,最理想的是垂直入射,凹坑深度最大,有效接触面积最大.TC4颗粒撞击TC4基体与撞击Ti基体的变化相似,在同一时刻,TC4颗粒撞击TC4基体比撞击Ti基体应变量更大.
Simulation analysis on deformation behavior of cold-sprayed TC4 particles in different conditions
Using finite element analysis software LS-DYNA,the impact of different substrate materials on collision process was analyzed by simulating collision process between TC4 particle and substrates(TC4 and Ti).In addition,by changing particle collision angle,non-vertical collision process between particles and matrix is analyzed,and deformation and plastic strain of particles and substrates are studied.Results show that impact of TC4 particles on TC4 substrate and Ti substrate at high speed will produce obvious jet metal sputtering.With increase of impact time,flattening rate of TC4 particles will in-crease,while depth to width ratio of pits will increase.The most ideal is vertical incidence,with largest pit depth and lar-gest effective contact area.The impact of TC4 particles on TC4 substrate is similar to impact of Ti substrate.At the same time,the impact of TC4 particles on TC4 substrate is larger than that on Ti substrate.
