对HRB500E钢筋表面氧化铁皮鼓起原因进行分析,因终轧温度高,轧后穿水能力不足,冷却速度慢,水压偏低不足以击穿钢筋表面蒸汽膜,致使水蒸气和高温钢筋接触而形成.提出解决措施:通过对轧后穿水设备进行改造,增加防穿水防护罩及特制的排气烟囱,提高终轧后穿水强度,增大水量,减少水蒸气产生并及时排出;优化轧制工艺,降低上冷床温度,钢筋表面氧化铁皮鼓起现象消除,产品质量提升.
Causes and solutions of oxide scale bulging on HRB500E steel bars surface
Reasons for oxide scale bulging on HRB500E steel bars surface were analyzed and studied,and it was found that reasons were high final rolling temperature,insufficient water penetration capacity after rolling,slow cooling speed,and low water pressure were not enough to penetrate steam film on steel bar surface,resulting in water vapor contact with high-tem-perature steel bars.Solution is to improve water penetration intensity after final rolling,increase water volume,reduce gen-eration of water vapor and eliminate it in time by transforming water penetration equipment after rolling,adding anti-water penetration protective cover and a special exhaust chimney;Optimize rolling process,reduce temperature of cooling bed,e-liminate phenomenon of oxide scale bulging on steel bar surface,and improve product quality.
