酸洗槽酸雾挥发外溢控制方式改进

酸洗槽盐酸酸雾存在挥发外溢的问题,对常规酸洗槽进行改进.采用自动调整吸风电机频率和阀门开度,应用H形空腔和气帘设计,设置酸洗槽后挡板等方式进行试验.改进后,盖板关闭情况下,槽体周边酸雾质量浓度为0.055 mg/m3,酸雾吸风效果提高了 95.3%,盖板打开情况下,槽体周边酸雾质量浓度为0.164 mg/m3,酸雾吸风效果提高了 97.9%,均满足工作场所空气中盐雾浓度允许标准.
Improvement of control method for acid mist volatilization in pickling tank
Hydrochloric acid mist in pickling tank has volatilization and overflow problem,and pickling tank is improved.Test was carried out by automatically adjusting suction motor frequency and valve opening,designing H-shaped cavity and air curtain,and setting pickling tank rear baffle.After improvement,when cover plate is closed,mass concentration of acid mist around tank is 0.055 mg/m3,and air absorption effect of acid mist is increased by 95.3%,When cover plate is open,acid mist concentration around tank is 0.164 mg/m3,and air absorption effect of acid mist is increased by 97.9%,which meets allowable standard of salt mist concentration in workplace air.
