电缆铠装钢丝用超高强钢夹杂物演变

研究了电缆铠装钢丝用超高强钢钢锭和钢丝中夹杂物的类型和尺寸变化,计算了夹杂物变形能力.结果表明,钢锭中夹杂物种类较多,MnS夹杂物的平均长度为4.8 μm,变形指数为1.4.钢丝中夹杂物种类显著减少,MnS夹杂物的平均长度为4.2 μm,变形指数为1.9.推荐钢锭锻造温度960~1 200 ℃,并适当增加夹杂物中SiO2质量分数和CaO质量分数.
Evolution of inclusions in ultra-high strength steel for cable sheathed steel wire
To study types and size changes of inclusions in ingot and wire of ultra-high strength steel for cable sheathed steel wire,inclusions deformability was calculated.Results show that there were many kinds of inclusions in ingot,and average length and deformability index of MnS inclusions were 4.8 μm and 1.4 respectively.In addition,the types of inclusions in steel wire were significantly reduced,and average length and deformability index of MnS inclusions were 4.2 pm and 1.9 respectively.It was recommended that forging temperature of steel ingot was 960 ℃~1 200 ℃,mass fraction of SiO2 and CaO in inclusions should be appropriately increased.
