摘要
根据客户技术要求,对Ø5.56 mm NAT18 ×7-WSC抗旋转钢丝绳进行生产试制.通过钢丝绳工艺设计,优化钢丝拉拔、捻股、合绳等各工序生产工艺.经检测,钢丝绳直径公差符合要求,实测破断拉力20.80 kN,经过5万次疲劳试验后破断拉力16.50 kN,高于技术要求4.50 kN,捻制质量及各项技术性能指标满足要求.
Abstract
According to technical requirements of customer,diameter 5.56 mm NAT18 × 7-WSC anti-rotation wire rope was trial produced.Through process design of wire rope,production process of steel wire drawing,laying strand,rope clos-ing is optimized.After testing,diameter tolerance of wire rope meets requirements,actual breaking force is 20.80 kN,af-ter 50 000 fatigue tests,breaking force is 16.50 kN,higher than technical requirement 4.50 kN,quality and technical per-formance of lay meet requirements.
