低温细晶粒HRB400E盘螺生产工艺优化

采用微合金化热轧工艺生产的盘螺力学性能稳定、表面质量良好,但生产成本较高.通过设计不同化学成分体系、不同轧制工艺,分析对比盘螺力学性能及金相组织的差异性,研究出一种低成本盘螺生产工艺.采用低Mn不加微合金成分体系,Mn的质量分数为1.10%~1.60%,全程低温轧制+轧后控冷技术,开轧温度940~980 ℃,通过低温开轧预精轧与轧后冷却水进行增压的方式,达到进精轧温度830~870℃,吐丝温度860~900 ℃,并通过控制盘螺在风冷线上的过程温度和冷却速率,实现组织与性能的调控.获得力学性能、金相组织满足国标要求的HRB400E高强抗震盘螺.
Optimization of low temperature fine grain HRB400E disc screw production process
Disc screw produced by micro-alloying hot rolling process has stable mechanical properties and good surface qual-ity,but production cost is high.By designing different chemical composition system and different rolling process,analyzing and comparing the difference of mechanical properties and microstructure of disc screw,a low cost production process of disc screw was developed.The system of low Mn without micro-alloy composition is adopted,mass fraction of Mn is 1.10%~1.60%,entire process adopts low-temperature rolling and post rolling controlled cooling technology.Opening rolling tem-perature is 940~980 ℃,and method of pressurization by low temperature opening rolling pre-finishing rolling and post-rolling cooling water is adopted.Finishing rolling is 830~870℃,wire laying temperature is 860~900 ℃,and structure and properties are controlled by controlling process temperature and cooling rate of coil on air cooling line.HRB400E high strength seismic disk screw with mechanical properties and microstructure meeting requirements of national standard was obtained.
