高速线材轧机在生产中存在硬质合金辊环碎辊,生产特殊品种孔型过钢量低等问题.对高速线材轧机在轧制过程中硬质合金辊环的径向和轴向开裂、工作层剥落以及孔型过钢量低等失效原因进行分析.结合硬质合金辊环在修磨、安装、冷却等方面的使用要求,通过减少轧制过程堆钢;控制轧制量和修磨量;正确安装辊环;将硬质合金辊环的碳化钨含量提高到90%以上;保证冷却水pH值和固体粒子含量;控制冷却水压力0.4~0.6 MPa、水流量250~300 L/min等措施,解决了硬质合金辊环实际使用中存在的问题.
Failure cause analysis and measure of roller ring in high speed wire rod mill
There are problems in production of high speed wire rod mill,such as breaking roll of hard alloy ring and low steel passing amount of special type pass.Failure causes of radial and axial cracking of hard alloy ring,peeling of working layer and low pass volume in high speed wire rod rolling mill are analyzed.Combined with requirements of hard alloy roller ring in grinding,installation,cooling and other aspects of usage,by reducing rolling process of stacking steel,control amount of roll-ing and grinding,install roller ring correctly,tungsten carbide content of hard alloy roller ring is increased to more than 90%,ensure pH value and solid particle content of cooling water,control cooling water pressure 0.4~0.6 MPa,water flow 250~300 L/min and other measures to solve practical application of hard alloy roller ring problems.
